Return Policy

We definitely want you to have the best shopping experience possible. Our return policy is listed below:

• If you have received the wrong product, we will issue you a refund upon our receipt of the item. These returns must be made within 12 days of the shipping date of your order. No exceptions.
• If you have changes your mind, we will accept returns on fabric yardage over 2 continuous yards. You will be charges and 25% restocking fee.
• We must receive all qualifying returns within 12 days of the shipping date.
• We can not accept returns on fabric yardage less than 2 yards.
• We can not accept returns on Kits (This includes quilt kits, bag or purse kits, stitchery kits, or apron kits.
• We can not accept returns on books or patterns, due to copy write laws.
• We can not accept returns on clearance merchandise.
• Unless we are at fault, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If there is anything missing from your order, please let us know within 12 days from the shipping date of your order.
